2026 Train-the-Trainer Workshops in Atlanta, GA

TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Atlanta, GA, prepares subject matter experts, internal trainers, managers, and learning professionals to design and deliver effective workplace learning.

Participants explore adult learning, communication styles, instructional design, training needs assessment, learning objectives, assessment development, active learning, facilitation, presentation delivery, and techniques for managing difficult classroom situations.

The Atlanta workshop is highly interactive and limited to a small class. Participants practice facilitation throughout the program, lead a final videotaped training session, and receive practical coaching and constructive feedback.

TrainSMART’s program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and incorporates internationally recognized competencies for professional trainers. Eligible graduates may pursue an IBCT trainer credential.
