2026 Train-the-Trainer Workshops in Austin, TX

TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Austin, TX, helps internal trainers, technical experts, supervisors, and learning professionals become confident and engaging facilitators.

Participants learn how to assess performance gaps, define learning objectives, structure training content, apply adult learning principles, create active learning experiences, develop assessments, use visual support, and manage learner participation.

The Austin workshop combines expert instruction with extensive practice. Class size is kept small so participants can facilitate activities, deliver a final videotaped micro-teach presentation, and receive detailed coaching and feedback.

TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and is regularly updated to reflect current training disciplines and practices. Eligible participants may pursue an internationally recognized IBCT trainer credential.
