TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Nashville, TN, gives subject matter experts, internal trainers, supervisors, and learning professionals the skills to deliver practical, engaging employee training.

Participants learn adult learning principles, communication styles, training needs analysis, learning objectives, course design, assessment development, active learning, facilitation techniques, presentation delivery, and strategies for handling challenging participants.
