2026 Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Los Angeles, CA

TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Los Angeles, CA, prepares professionals to design, facilitate, and evaluate engaging workplace training.

The workshop is designed for internal trainers, subject matter experts, supervisors, managers, and learning professionals. Participants learn adult learning principles, communication styles, instructional design, needs assessment, measurable objectives, active learning, facilitation, questioning, assessment, and classroom management.

Class size is limited to create an interactive learning experience. Participants practice leading activities, complete a final videotaped training presentation, and receive personalized coaching and feedback.

TrainSMART’s Train-the-Trainer program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and incorporates established international training competencies. Eligible participants may pursue an internationally recognized IBCT trainer credential.

The Los Angeles workshop serves professionals throughout Southern California who need stronger facilitation, onboarding, technical training, and organizational knowledge-transfer skills.
