2026 Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Irvine, CA

TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Irvine, CA, helps subject matter experts and internal trainers turn workplace knowledge into effective learning experiences.

Participants learn how to identify training needs, write measurable objectives, organize content, apply adult learning principles, build interactive activities, create assessments, facilitate discussions, use visual support, and respond to challenging classroom situations.

The Irvine workshop is instructor-led, highly interactive, and limited to a small group. Participants practice facilitation techniques, deliver a final videotaped training session, and receive detailed feedback and coaching.
