TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Minneapolis, MN, helps professionals develop the confidence and skills needed to create engaging, memorable workplace training.

Participants learn how adults learn, how to identify performance gaps, create measurable learning objectives, structure course content, facilitate interactive activities, develop assessments, engage different communication styles, and manage difficult classroom situations.

The Minneapolis workshop is limited to a small group and emphasizes learning by doing. Participants practice facilitation throughout the course, complete a final videotaped presentation, and receive coaching and constructive feedback.

TrainSMART’s program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and aligned with internationally recognized trainer competencies. Eligible participants may pursue an IBCT trainer credential.
