2026 Train-the-Trainer Workshops in Seattle, WA

TrainSMART’s three-day Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Seattle, WA, helps internal trainers, subject matter experts, supervisors, and learning professionals design and deliver engaging employee training.

Participants learn adult learning principles, communication styles, needs assessment, measurable learning objectives, instructional design, active learning, assessment development, facilitation, presentation skills, and strategies for managing classroom challenges.

The Seattle workshop is instructor-led, highly participatory, and limited to a small group. Participants practice training techniques, deliver a final videotaped presentation, and receive practical coaching and constructive feedback.

TrainSMART’s program is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers and aligned with established international competencies for professional trainers. Eligible participants may pursue an internationally recognized IBCT trainer credential.
