Dishonest sales reps

Purchased the product when the sales rep told us they would design our careers page. Our current career page is poorly designed and it impacts the candidate experience. Having icims experts design a site for us was a key selling point and one of the main reasons I was able to get budget approval. Today I was informed by icims that they do not even have designers and they are expecting us to design the page. We do not have internal experts on designing employer brand websites. We have a marketing team but this is not their expertise and their plates are full. I am very dissatisfied. There were three department heads in the sales calls and we asked multiple questions about the website to be sure they were providing content and he was very clear that icims would design, a blatant lie.
