The Applicant Management Center 2.0 allows you to track candidates through the hiring process from initial invitation through the completed background check. The information collected is fed directly to Courthouse Concepts to begin the background screening process.
By having the candidate complete the information online, it decreases the number of keying errors and allows your resources to focus on areas other than data entry.
There are two types of candidate applications which are supported:
1. Solicited – These are recruiter-initiated by sending a candidate specific e-mail to the applicant. The e-mail contains a link, which when clicked on by the candidate will direct them to the AMC site for completing their application.
2. Unsolicited – These are forms which use a generic link to access the AMC website. A candidate can access this link to provide necessary info for background screening at any time, without a recruiter having to e-mail the link first.
Once the data has been received in AMC, it can be either held for review by an AMC authorized user, or it can be sent immediately for background check.
