I have worked with Greentree for a number of years and love their great customer service. I like the company and system so much I have installed the ATS, Candidate Self Service and Hiring Manager Self Service at my last two companies. The system itself has a lot of capabilities and the ability to customize to a company's specific needs. We recently just installed the mobile solution which allows applicants to apply via mobile and Hiring Managers to act on the applicants through their mobile device. We also upgraded to allow applicants a quick and easy method to apply utilizing their LinkedIn profile. The company is very receptive to customer feedback and will consider enhancements based on that feedback. Greentree has put in several pieces of functionality based on my feedback which I really appreciate. Customer Service is great and they get back quickly to fix an issue when one does arise which is seldom. We have also received great support with report writing and other miscellaneous requests. The only con I can think of is search functionality. It is a bit kludgy to be able to run searches on applicants in various states or using various documents all at the same time. It works but it could be easier. The system is reasonably priced compared to some of the big ticket ATS vendors. I high recommend Greentree.
