BenefitWerks is hands down the easiest and most flexible benefits administration vendor partner I’ve worked with in my 30+ years working in the employee benefits space. We moved to Benefitwerks from another benefit system administrator in June 2021. That was the best decision we could have ever made. Our company is very complex with different locations, different benefits per location, all variations of pay periods/weeks, collective bargaining groups, etc. The Benefitwerks team welcomed us with open arms and welcomed the challenge. The implementation period went smooth as well as our first enrollment. Benefitwerks was able to make the ESR 1095 filing for federal and state a much smoother process. When it comes to BenAdmin options, BenefitWerks has quickly become a favorite. The system is flexible, effective, and easy to use. BenefitWerks transformed our enrollment process, from paper to online 18 years ago! We expanded our valuable partnership by using their COBRA platform 10 years ago.
