We are a small company, but almost completely virtual. As a result, we have employees in four states spread across the US. This can be a nightmare when it comes to payroll paperwork. Asure handles this beautifully. They also did a good job on our ERTC paperwork. More than paid for their fees. When our regular rep is out, payroll sometimes gets fouled up. When this happens, Asure is promptly and competently untangles it.

You have a dedicated rep that works with you and you get to know them and vice versa. It makes life so much easier. The onboarding process was great and very thorough. I called a few times as you realize you forgot to ask about specific items that you use regularly.
