I've been using Paycom first as an employee and now as a customer for 10 years. Our specialist is always very responsive, the platform is constantly improving and all of our HRIS needs are housed in 1 location. Also, empowering our employees to make their own changes, clock in through their phones at their various work locations and have it geo-fenced has been a game-changer!

I'm a former employee of the company and used the software for multiple years. My experience both as an employee and as a customer were excellent. The leadership is encouraging and approachable while also setting great expectations for employees and the product. The software itself is the easiest of its kind to use and has a ton of features that were really helpful for me (especially while traveling). I highly recommend Paycom.

Paycom has been such a great product since our company adopted it earlier this year. The app allows you to access all of your payroll and HR information anytime. When I was on maternity leave I was able to easily stay connected to my HR department through the app, allowing me to enter time sheets, complete FMLA paperwork, and add a new beneficiary all from the app.
