Meeting and Retreat Facilitation: We facilitate a myriad of meetings including: Board meetings, scientific meetings, planning meetings, task force meetings and All Staff meetings. We also create interactive events for large groups (50-200) to engage participants in discussion, activities and planning around organizational change and challenges. We help you design and then facilitate your meetings to insure participation, encourage debate and innovative thinking, come to closure and meet your desired outcomes.
Team Facilitation: We help senior teams run effective, efficient meetings that equalize participation, facilitate joint problem-solving and leverage creativity.
Team Building: We facilitate interactive exercises to help your teams develop trust, learn to manage differences, enhance commitment and accountability. We use tools including the MBTI, DISC, team simulations, and activities from the "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" workbook to get your team to the next level.
Team Development: We train you in the skills and behaviors of effective teams. We help you create a sound and clear charter and teach you how to facilitate effective meetings, insuring participation and debate followed by productive decision-making.
