Overall experience with Quantum Workplace has checked every box I have looked for in a survey platform. The value that comes along with the lack of a learning curve for the usage make it a tools worth having in your toolbelt.
Pros: User gets their personal report back while management recieves a collective report for overall average statistics of the percentage of individuals who participate. Ease of use for employees, without the need to login. Provides different question types for the ability for employees to manage their answers.
Cons: The ability of viewing the overall participation rate of all individuals the review link has been submitted to is not a negative, but the negative falls in the lack of ability for management to see which individual employees haven’t participated in the survey. The ability to see if they have participated and completed the survey would removes this from the negative.
Overall Quantum is a great product and I see why so many companies use it for internal employee engagement, as it is a pretty robust system and useful in many ways.
Pros: Adding employee info is very simple, the Recognition feature has boosted morale, and the 1-on-1/Employee Review feature helps us keep track of employee productivity throughout the year.
Cons: Creating surveys is not very user friendly. I think renaming some of the settings could people create the survey they want. I find myself either not being able to see any of the survey results or everyone is able to see everyone else's survey results.

While there’s a learning curve and some areas could be more intuitive, their support team is responsive, and the platform continues to improve in functionality and ease of use.

Onboarding was really easy from migrating from our previous platform. We have a wonderful CSM who helps bridge the gaps and finds answers for us and a superb insights analyst who provides great best practice and perspective.

Overall, my experience with Quantum was easy and efficient. We have used Quantum for our Engagement Surveys for several years and the benchmark data is extremely helpful.
Pros: The portal is user-friendly and there are great templates for any type of survey. It was also convenient being able to make a copy of a previous year's survey (Engagement Survey) so that we can compare benchmark data year over year.
Cons: Some processes were difficult to remember after not using the portal for some time, such as copying a survey and adding/removing users. However, the help button had great tutorials and I was able to figure out the processes without assistance.
Overall, good. Our results are similiar year over year so they have not changed much.

My overall experience has been fantastic. We have only been a partner of QW for a short period of time but their product and people have helped us in big ways. My interactions with many of their team members have been so good and they truly are partners in our company's success. They speak our same language (from an HR/Industry perspective) and I don't have to feel like I have to explain basic industry terms before getting substantive direction and recommendations. This environment created such trust in one another as we worked through various survey projects. Overall, I can't recommend their team, and products enough.
Pros: I love all of the capabilities the system has to offer. From the streamlined and easy to use survey setup process to the ongoing support by the Implementation Managers, there is just so much to offer. The fact that it integrates with our HRIS to transmit employee data makes the process to review survey results more efficient.
Cons: I do wish survey questions were numbered. Although a small con it is a con in my opinion. Especially when we work on longer surveys and having to review the question setup process for accuracy, it was difficult at times to keep track of things and where we were in our review process.

Cons: In the survey results, the options for filtering and slicing are robust. That means I have to be careful to do it properly and consistently to ensure accuracy in our data. It would be nice to have a way to save a particular setup to be able to return to it.

Quantum reporting has improved to more robust each year, while not becoming too detailed or complex for the front line manager to understand. Their tools are very good at translating vision into strategy and then execution.

We loved using Quantum for our Engagement Survey. Our staff is spread out through the US and ease of use was key to gathering data. Not only were we able to gather a record number of responses, we were also able to identify key high and low factors through reporting to take action on throughout the next year. We are excited to continue using Quantum for our survey in the years to come.

-The team Pulse portal is extremely user friendly and functional for the end user (our managers) and for the HR team as admins. There were so many ways to cut the data and provide useful information to our managers and execs without it being a complicated process.
-The goal setting process through Team Pulse is a great feature and it helped us standardize the process for our managers; lots of great resources on the site as well
-Our client services team was very attentive to us, especially as first-time survey clients. We had a lot of questions and last minute changes and our QW team held our hands every step of the way
-The exec debrief and manager training was professional, thorough and tailored perfectly to each audience. It was great to have QW do this part for us.
-Overall we received excellent value for this product and service. Can't wait to do it this year!

We converted to Quantum for GoalPost and 1 on 1s last year. I am extremely happy with the product. GoalPost allows employs to track the progress of their Goals throughout the year, making the year end review process much easier. Plus, this puts the goals front and center and employees are reminded of their goals, allowed to update and most importantly provide progress throughout the year. So often goals are forgotten as soon as they are turned in, this system makes employees and managers accountable for goals that are set and need to be met. I also appreciated the expertise at Quantum as I converted over to their system. Customer service truly ROCKS!
We have utilized teh survey for two engagement surveys and have been very pleased. The tool is easy to use and powerful. It is intuitive to what you need and easily presents data at varied levels. The Quantum team behind the scenes do a great job and are timely with information and support.

The Team Pulse software was so easy to use for both me and my employees who took the survey. The multiple options of breaking down the results made it easy for me to distinguish specific goals and actions to take within my multiple office environment. He privacy feature is so accurate that even in testing I was not able to see who had accidentally filled out another employees survey. Their customer service was phenomenal with just the right amount of contact and they were always available to assist and accommodate my requests. Overall, my experience with Quantum's Engagement survey has been not only pleasant but everything I had hoped for and more.

We just finished our second year using the Engagement Survey. The data we gathered is incredible and helped us reach out to our decentralized team like never before. It gave us insights that have allowed us to strengthen our processes and eliminate things that create issues for team member morale. It also allows us to be very transparent as we move our business forward and continue to grow. We have been pleased with the process and look forward to continuing our relationship with Quantum.
This is the 3rd year we have used Quantum's employee satisfaction survey and we added quite a few custom questions. The software is comprehensive and meets most of our needs. The only constructive feedback is around the 4 areas of satisfaction and the face icons and language that is used. These icons show the sad face in a dark color and our staff is very sensitive to that connection since we have a huge focus on diversity. Also, from our staff's perspective, the language used to describe each icon is offensive (e.g. disengaged). So, we have had to customize the icons for all of our PowerPoint slides.

Our company is small, therefore we needed something that could provide us actionable insights to improve our already great company in a cost effective and timely way. Quantumworkplace, delivered in all fronts. We co-developed the survey questions and administer it in 4 different languages, in a very short time. We actually requested proposals from other big consulting firms and they were significantly above in $$$ and delivery time. The software is easy to use, and is the customer responsibility to make the most our of it.

We've had a great experience with Quantum's team and with the engagement survey and action planning tools. The team we work with (Kary Wurth, Bill Larson, Dan Harris and Aaron Brown) have been tremendously helpful, responsive and enjoyable to work with. We are moving our department heads into using the Action Planning features on a department level and love that automation. We worked with Kary and Bill on customized questions in both surveys we've done and there was no problem getting that done and they were super helpful consulting with us on what we were really looking for and how to design questions to get at that info. All in all a great experience.

The engagement surveys have given us wonderful information over the years we have used them. The UI is very intuitive for both employees taking the survey, and for leaders to review the results afterward. Happy customer from day one! Until launching our most recent engagement survey, I was unaware of gaps and areas of needed improvement we were overlooking every day. Quantum survey helped us to see the areas where we needed to provide the most attention.
Overall, QW is a great tool for surveys and recognition. I really like the ability to download annual engagement survey results in a power point presentation. With a few clicks you have a deck ready to go as a good starting point. I wish Quantum's functionality with survey action planning was richer. It is rather basic and doesn't seem to help drive leader support with the next steps on taking action on survey items. Also would like richer report around the comments received in an annual survey.

The survey flexibility makes creating surveys a breeze. Question scales can be a little confusing and take some time to get familiar with.

We have worked with TalentKeepers for the past three years as the partner for our employee engagement initiative. We have integrated their Leadership Training Modules into our training platform. The content covers all of the topics necessary for helping leaders expand their competencies and create a more engaging environment for employees. I have been in HR leadership roles for more than 25 years and have always tried to approach things through the lens of employee engagement and the vital role this plays in both employee and organizational success. During the past several years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the TalentKeepers team as both a client (with two companies) and a delivery partner. I have a few key observations about what this organization does particularly well.
1. Thought Leadership: I have worked with several engagement “vendors” along the way, but never with an organization who is as immersed. Between developing proven proprietary technology and methodology to having the longest-running annual report on the topic to literally writing the book on engagement and retention, TalentKeepers has been on the forefront of this important work.
2. Partnership: The word “partner” is often thrown around casually, but rarely thoroughly exhibited. During my years using the service, I have had to make several requests for non-standard delivery. While the solution wasn’t always what I initially thought I needed, it always met my needs and was delivered in a timely and professional manner.
3. Say/Do Ratio: Lots of organizations make promises. TalentKeepers always delivers. When they say something can be done by a certain date, it will be. When they say something costs X, the invoice will be for X. This reliability and predictability relieves the pressure HR practitioners often feel working with a third party.
4. Leadership Training: Getting managers on board with engagement efforts can be tricky. I have experienced TalentKeepers working with all levels of leadership to equip managers to engage their employees. Between the personal and group coaching and the manager toolkit provided, the sustainability of their engagement efforts outlasts other services I have previously used.
5. Professionalism
