We are a growing company, so this is our first time using an HR system. And the first experience was a good one. It has made my job as head of HR much easier and keeps us very organized. Jobularity is easy and intuitive to use for hiring managers, recruiters and candidates. I don't need to train my team on how to use it. Everything is clear, the system is always reliable and questions are answered promptly. My hiring managers in other locations find it very easy to use, all correspondence is kept in one place and the hiring process is clean and clear in this format.
