We have been using the Interviewers Toolkit for several years. The application is very intuitive, and there are no complex instructions to wade through. We simply choose the relevant competencies for a vacancy, click on the interview questions we want, and in under 10 minutes, we are ready to conduct interviews. The interview questions are thought provoking and consistently help us select the best candidate. The bottom line is that the Interviewers Toolkit makes my job easier every day.
