Servpro needed some professional input on our handbook and some HR policies we had in place. Our company grew quickly and some of our policies had not kept up with our growth. They met with our Office Manager and myself, on a monthly basis. Our handbook was reviewed and rewritten. Our experience with this process has not alone afforded protection to our employees but also our company. The expert advice, professionalism, and education they provided to us over the course of rewriting the handbook was invaluable. Their willingness to not alone provide an excellent service but also educate us in the interim was truly awesome. They were always available when any questions came up, even those not related to the handbook.
