Purchasing Power, one of the fastest-growing specialty e-retailers in the market offering a leading voluntary benefit program, was named a Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in the Consumer Products & Retail Website category by the 13 th Annual American Business Awards.
Purchasing Power was recognized for increasing site conversion and revenue with a mobile-optimized website. Since launching its new e-commerce site with a mobile-responsive design the conversion rate increased by 70 percent due to an improved shopping experience and simplified check-out process. Mobile traffic increased 178 percent and now represents 52 percent of total site traffic.
Client and customer feedback was an important component to the site’s upgrades. As the employee purchase program of choice for Fortune 500 companies, Purchasing Power must deliver solutions that meet the needs of large, complex organizations.
