Health Advocate’s Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program is a comprehensive solution to help employees who need work/life services or short-term assistance. Our highly trained team of Licensed Professional Counselors and Work/Life Specialists offers short-term assistance and resource support for a full range of personal, family and other problems.

In-person, telephonic, online chat and video counseling are available to help employees connect with Licensed Professional Counselors to address stress, depression, family issues, substance abuse and more, as well as receive referrals for long-term counseling or specialized care as needed.

Work/Life Specialists locate eldercare, childcare, legal and financial counselors, and other support services via phone or web. In addition, our robust website provides resources and information to help with legal, financial and family topics, among many others, to achieve a better work/life balance.

We also provide a range of organizational services to assist and train managers and human resources staff around sensitive employee issues, clarify EAP benefits and coverage stipulations, and provide critical incident support.

This extra level of support reduces the needs for costly mental health services while helping employees balance work/life and improving productivity. Health Advocate’s EAP+Work/Life Program can also be integrated with other services, including Wellness and Health Advocacy, to offer additional resources to employees.
