Not long after taking the Hurley Write course, I got my journal paper drafts sent back for revisions. I applied some of what you taught me, and lo and behold, both papers were accepted for publication after those re-drafts. I figure that isn't entirely coincidence. The Hurley Write team did an excellent job teaching our technical writing workshop. The material was presented in a clear, easily understandable way. I found the topics pertaining to planning, prewriting, and organizational strategies to be very beneficial. The exercises and feedback they provided really helped me grasp the concepts. I also appreciated their feedback and questioning attitude, which gave us some examples of things to be critical about when editing.
