I cannot say enough good things about BASIC. From ERISA, POP, COBRA and FMLA they are the most knowledgeable administration firm I have ever worked with. In addition, the entire team has is kind and wickedly efficient. David in FMLA, Morgan in COBRA, Matt Steffic, literally everyone I work with is amazing.
