Leading Through Conversations will help you to:
-Diagnose your communication style and how well it’s working for you.
-Move from debate to dialogue.

-Practice and apply new conversation skills in real life situations.
-Practice new conversation skills and tools.
DAY 1: Introduces a framework for moving from debate to dialogue, 9 skills of constructive conversations and starts practice on conversational tools.
Day 2: Practice sessions that apply learning to specific issues in the workplace.
