I have been utilizing ATS OnDemand since 2012. This is my one system that I refuse to leave or shop. Their service is beyond 5 stars. They are always willing and able to work with you for adjusting your application, applicant process, or feed into your HRIS when changes occur. In addition to being willing to make customized adjustments, they often send you labor law alerts and are proactive in how they are changing their platform to comply. Truly I score them a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale.

I have nothing but outstanding comments for ATS OnDemand. This system and the customer service are excellent and make our hiring and recruiting challenges easier and more manageable. I could not survive without ATS Ondemand and I highly recommend to any employer and all HR professionals. Plus they keep on getting better and making improvements to their already really robust platform.

ATS OnDemand is by far one of the best applicant tracking systems I have worked in. It is a true benefit once setup. The support team is excellent and can clearly fix all solutions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for easy to use ATS.
