Each facet of a group move is custom designed by our consulting department, a select group of experienced, knowledgeable individuals with demonstrated track records and specific areas of expertise. We will complete an organizational assessment that begins with the reasons for the move and the company’s objectives. This takes place before any announcements are made to employees. Based on the assessment, Paragon will: 1) help determine what actions need to be taken before implementation, 2) set the criteria for selecting employees, 3) identify the facility issues or constraints that need to be taken into account, 4) create a timeline for the move, 5) select Paragon supplier partners and 6) complete a corporate action plan.
