We have been a Biddle customer for just shy of 3 years. We were referred by several other government contractors who had nothing but great things to say about them. Our first two years we were very pleased with their ability to help put together our plans, respond to inquiries, and they have very good online training. However this past year was our first year under audit, and Biddle has done an absolutely outstanding job of helping us prepare and navigate. They had very clear outlines, kept us on track, and have had excellent communication all throughout the audit. For us, it has been really quite painless because of the guidance and support from Biddle. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to partner with them on our affirmative action reporting and would highly recommend them.

I have been working with Biddle for over 3 years and they have been an amazing help to make sure our Affirmative Action Plans are compliant. They offer multiple trainings and continual updates to make sure we are knowledgeable on legal updates. Our company even had a recent and very successful OFCCP audit! We received a one page final compliance evaluation letter stating that there were “no apparent violations”. There also were no further actions required! I cannot thank the staff enough for their help with the audit and annual assistance with the AAP!!
