Service Award Program Variations
- Welcome/New Hire
- “Engagement Recognition” – at the end of a “probationary” period of 3 to 6 months. Also one (1) year and/or three (3) year anniversaries.
- Quarter Century – 25th anniversary awards often have a noticeably higher investment level. Quarter Century may be a separate additional program, or part of the service award program.
- Retirement – May be a separate program or part of service award program.
