    Customer service and support has been great (though we have had a few rep changes). The IT has been great to work with to get the appropriate files to upload to our LMS.

    Traliant is user-friendly for employees & they are able to take on their own time and they are required to be present while learning. When we hire a speaker it is easy for the employee to tune it out and not learn anything. This requires them to listen and learn.

    Traliant was a true business partner. I had a serious access problem on a Saturday morning before the start of my class and systems support returned my email within minutes to help me resolve the issue quickly without the class being delayed.

    The upsides of using Traliant are that I know we as a business will stay compliant. The employee receives the training directly to their inbox, we both get a certificate when they finish, and Traliant tracks the completion. It's also very affordable.

    Traliant modules are short and laser-like. They provide the background while educating. They make good distinctions within each topic. Plus the modules are affordable and user-friendly. There wasn't anything that I didn't appreciate. The most annoying was to have to "assign" the work to myself and then be reminded to meet my deadline. But guess what! I can say I finished it now!

    The courses we selected can be customised to suite our needs. Honestly, nothing comes to mind that I dislike about Traliant. The service is great, the response time to any questions are super quick as well.
