HRU is a 10 out of 10, would recommend them to everyone! Communication from the team was prompt, questions were clear, and next steps were outlined in a way that was easy to follow. The reports that we received last year were beautiful (can you say that about data?). The recommended action steps were bite sized enough for us to act on them and didn’t feel too large for our small company. Fav aspect: Truthfully, I enjoy presenting the data to the team and having them run with it – asking questions where extra information is needed. It has saved us so much time because we are truly a small but mighty team here at Russell so any extra time savings, we are able to get, we will! I am so happy to be working with HRU again this year. One thing I would like to explore next year is the automatic data feed. I didn’t have the bandwidth to set that up this year but would save more time next year!
HR Unlimited covers our affirmative action plan every year and assisted us with an audit. They are very timely and prompt us at the end of the year with templates and meetings. It’s a very regular process and they’re always available with resources.
They are very patient with us, and even though our data is complex and we’re not the quickest, they’ve never expressed frustration. HR Unlimited guides us through the tricky areas of compliance, ensuring we avoid any violations.

There were no issues during or after the process. Given their responsiveness and the absence of any problems, I believe no improvements are needed at this time. Overall, a solid 10!
HR Unlimited doesn’t need any improvements. The best part is the follow-up meeting that explains the outcome of our AAP. There are many factors that go into developing the AAP and it’s so nice to have someone to ask questions to and can explain how we are doing as a company. I depend on them to let us know where we need to improve, and they go the extra step to give us suggestions on how we can improve our processes. Things are very different in Alaska, and they understood that and helped with ideas that work in our environment.
