Bias, Diversity, & Inclusion Workshop

This interactive workshop helps employees create a bias-conscious and inclusive environment, while teaching the value of a diverse workplace. The group will develop recognition and understanding of bias, and the discretion to deal with it directly. Employees will be challenged to work collaboratively and build solutions that ultimately reinforce the importance of inclusion. Using established strategies, participants will learn how to communicate powerfully and productively in these difficult situations.
