During this interactive workshop, female* employees will learn to turn micro-aggressions and other uncomfortable situations into empowering, constructive interactions. They will develop stock phrases to help them speak up with confidence and power, and overcome the double bind women face. Participants will also learn how to vouch for each other as an effective way to combat prejudice in a positive manner.
*This workshop is intended for employees who identify as female or minority gender, but is open to all.
