I had been to a number of employment agencies in the past and had mixed emotions about the cumbersome job search process.. I saw an Instagram post about free career advice in Miami and gave HR GOOROO a shot because of their no obligation 30 minute phone consultation. It had been sometime since I had updated my resume and practiced my interviewing skills. I was paired and introduced to my “HR GOOROO” who worked with me one-on-one to express my goals and develop a career action plan. Over the course of 3 months, I was able to hone in on my skill set, update my resume to reflect my current role and future needs. Fast forward 6 months, I’m starting a new role in commercial real estate and couldn’t be happier.
