Talent Strategy

Talent Strategy is one of Mylestone HR Consulting's two practice areas, serving Construction and Manufacturing companies in North Carolina and Virginia. The work builds the systems that shape how people perform, progress, and stay: performance management systems, succession planning, high-potential development, supervisor capability, HR business partner capability, targeted retention, and workforce engagement. Job architecture is a core engagement type: job descriptions, leveling structure, pay bands, and career paths built to match how the business actually operates. Each engagement is a defined project with a start and finish, owned end to end by a senior practitioner, and handed back to the internal HR team to maintain.
