HR Infrastructure is one of Mylestone HR Consulting's two practice areas, serving Construction and Manufacturing companies in North Carolina and Virginia. The work rebuilds the operating foundation of the HR function: policies and procedures, employee relations frameworks, corrective action frameworks, HR metrics and scorecards, headcount-spike catch-up work, and the structural shift from startup-mode HR to scaled-mode HR. It fits organizations whose documents and processes were written when the company was a third of its current size. Each engagement is a defined project with a start and finish, owned end to end by a senior practitioner, and closed out when the framework is operational across plants, project sites, and shifts.
