We were looking for a vendor to help us get a clearer picture of where our weaknesses were and what our focus should be moving forward. As a publicly-funded community college, we’re not subject to EEO-1 reporting but most of the vendors we contacted were geared toward simplifying EEO-1 reporting. Many had proprietary software to produce reports necessary for EEO-1 reporting and these vendors charged significant prices for the use of their programs. We didn’t need most of these reports as they weren’t useful for our needs. Mark M. Mansell & Associates, LLC was wonderful about listening to what we needed and provided only the four reports that would prove effective for our purposes. Due to the low number of reports, the price quote was very reasonable. On top of being responsive in terms of offering only what we needed and quoting us a very affordable price, Mark M. Mansell & Associates, LLC also provided extraordinary customer service. They were responsive, informative, and friendly—a pleasure to work with.
