It's been some years since I first had L&SA profile me, and I am still benefiting from their services today. Everyone thinks they know themselves, but to have someone who is truly experienced with people, sit you down, assess you, and coach you to your goals, is intangibly valuable. Even after all these years I continue to make better decisions for myself, and build on the information they have given me as I continue improving myself. I am truly grateful for their help in making the path to my goals all that much clearer.

L&SA has been very effective working with our top Management team. They bring new insights and knowledge but more importantly they do it with sympathy, humor, and excellent personal skills. Without the last three skills, the course material and the feedback would not be effective, and few consultants can do this.
