I have had a professional relationship with Pathways since March 2017. In the months my company has been doing business with them, they have managed to help drop our overall turnover rate from 66% to 18%. In doing so, our company has been able to pay closer attention to the details of the business that allow us to focus on our main goal - our patients. Without good, reliable employees who find meaning in their work (passion and compassion), we would not be able to show our patients our "Even More Care" model - Going above and beyond.
