At the center of our outsourcing operation is a high-touch service center staffed with highly responsive, knowledgeable benefits professionals. Each client is assigned a dedicated 800 number that is utilized only by the client's participants and other interested parties approved by the client. All calls are recorded and archived for future access, if necessary.
