Clients utilize our high-touch service to communicate details of and answer participant questions about acquisitions and divestitures, complex benefit plan changes involving employee choice, ACA reporting, and retirement plan corrections related to VCP filings, to name a few.
Each client is assigned a dedicated 800 number that is utilized only by the client’s participants and other interested parties approved by the client. All calls are recorded and archived for future access, if necessary. Our call center engagements can be short or long term.
