Overall Cloud9 has been great! It is easy to train employees and new admins on this system. Cloud9 is easy and almost error-proof. It has all of the onboarding in one place that takes employees step by step. For my HR Coordinators, it also is step by step where training is easy. The ability to help employees is greatly increased for these reasons as there is not any question about what they have to do.
