The Healthy Life Health Risk Assessment (HRA) supports adults in understanding their health risks. The Healthy Life HRA brings a fresh approach to algorithms and big data. The software promotes health behavior change, with the goal of reducing risks and living a healthier life. Survey questions are completed in a computerized form, via a web browser, tablet or mobile device. Cloud-based risk computation software libraries produce individualized risk reports. Group reports can be created via queries from a provider/administrator interface. Administrators have the ability to manage users, review responses and generate reports based on historical responses. Administrators can also download customized group summary data for a batch of HRA participants.
