The biggest draw is the team provided by CGO to meet all of our needs. They have a team member to help us with everything from claims inquiries to COBRA, and frankly it's such a relief to have guidance on these matters rather than trying to sort it out for ourselves. They have taken a huge burden off our shoulders and had an immense impact on how our teams time is spent.

CGO is number 1 in my eyes. Every CGO team member we've worked with has excelled in customer service, going above and beyond expectations. To put that in perspective, we have rather high expectations since we specialize in excellent customer service ourselves. We haven't had any challenges.
