Intersectionality Training for Workplace Teams and Leaders
Intersectionality Training from Diversity Builder teaches employees and leaders how overlapping identities of race, gender, class, disability, age, and sexual orientation shape workplace experience. Sessions applies Kimberlé Crenshaw's framework to hiring, promotion, and everyday communication decisions.
Trainers use the intersectionality wheel, identity mapping visuals, and real case scenarios, including the 1976 General Motors compound discrimination case. Discussion stays practical and grounded in your workplace, not theoretical.

Recognize invisible identities coworkers rarely disclose
View privilege and oppression as a continuum, not a label
Separate diversity, equity, and inclusion as distinct practices
Apply an intersectional lens to recruiting, mentorship, and promotion decisions
Practice allyship in daily conversations and meetings
