For over ten years, we licensed OMC's Wellness Works Tracking System software, and followed their experience with implementing a best practice, behavior change, personal health coaching and wellness program for our health system of over 4000 employees and for area businesses of our occupational medicine department. We were able to demonstrate significant spend avoidance for our system's health plan and our clients through documented health improvement of individuals and populations. OMC helped us to document outcomes and show value for our investment in Wellness. I would highly recommend them as a partner and their WWTS software as a tool that helps to manage and analyze health data to show results.
