Leaders grow as a result of personal insights gained through experience. The goal of this program is to accelerate that maturing process by combining fundamentals, the latest best practices in organizational learning and research, and a battery of ten psychological profiling assessments designed to provide participants insights and to isolate areas of needed improvement. The University of North Florida program is an invitational offering, enabling regional organizations to send one or more individuals to this award-winning program.
Workplace Synergistics is also able to deliver customized, internal programs to organizations with larger employees populations who wish to customize or private-label a program. Organizations conducting Internal programs limit participation exclusively to their own employees.
This proven program has been offered multiple times per year over the past ten years - updated annually. More than 100 organizations have participated in this program from the private, public and non-profit sectors. The program consists of six one-day day modules conducted once per month. The invitational program is held at the University of North Florida Conference Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Internal programs can be held on-site at the client's location or in a nearby facility.
