    I have been a loyal customer of Careerminds since their inception. In my role as VP, HR at Nutrisystem I chose to partner with them due to their flexibility of options for our displaced employees, quality of career coaches, and affordability. In every company thereafter Careerminds has been my go to for supporting employees through their period of transition and I will not use anyone else.

    When we were going through some organizational changes and wanted to offer career transition services, Careerminds had a variety of strong programs that fit our budget and our needs. I was particularly impressed with their compassion and integrity from my perspective- they truly cared about our people and expertly delivered what they said they would. I received great feedback from staff on their services and ongoing coaching and Careerminds were an integral part of our transition programs going forward. I would strongly recommend them for any organization who wants to offer high quality and effective resources to your teams.

    Layoffs are one of the most stressful times for a company and they leave a lasting toll on everyone involved in the process. We decided to partner with Careerminds for outplacement services during this time. They supported the employees, our managers and me when we needed it most. They were responsive, provided analytics on our impacted employees and resources for our team. Using Careerminds provided a people-first approach to the layoff process.

    Careerminds provides the right level of service to support my company's employees at the time that they are feeling most vulnerable and of need of both support and motivating direction. I've been a client of Careerminds for ALL the companies I lead the HR function in and, in a huge rarity, I have ONLY received 5 of 5 star ratings in post exit surveys and in personal follow up conversations. Careerminds has provided the value that shows exiting (and present) employees that the company had to make a tough decision but still cares. This should be a part of every Company's strategy as they manage change.

    We started our partnership with GetFive in 2021 as we were going through a major business transformation. It was important for us to find a company that could not only provide exceptional service but do it in a way in which our employees would be treated with respect, dignity and compassion. I'm very happy to say this has absolutely happened. The feedback I have received from our employees (all levels) has been amazing! Their use of technology has revamped the status quo of outplacement programs and has made a sometimes challenging process feel simpler and well organized.     We have always had excellent results with GetFive. We have been long time customers and for several years going back to when they were the Five O'clock Club. I particularly like the updates provided to us on how staff are doing and where they are in the process.
