Includes all FMLA services in the Preferred Plan (see above for Preferred Plan for details) plus HR services for new hire employee processing (full time employees) provided by America’s HR Services (our parent company).

--New hire HR services (background checks):
----Employment verifications for up to 5 hires per month (verifies current employer and most recent previous employer)
----Reference checks for up to 5 new hires per month.
----Education verifications for up to 5 new hires per month.
----Criminal Background Check for up to 5 new hires per month (checks public county and municipal court records where new hire has lived).
--Standard pricing $3 per employee per month (available for organizations up to 500 employees). Fee is based on total employee count (count only employees eligible for FMLA, typically all full time and permanent part-time employees only).
--$200 initial set/annual set/up fee.
--2 year agreement/rate lock.
--HR/FMLA Premium Plan provides employment verifications, reference checks, and education verifications for up to 5 new employees per month. Additional background checks, verifications and etc. are available for additional fees.
--HR/FMLA Premium Plan currently under development. Available late 2019.
