I'm happy to share that the interviews went well and they extended an offer!
I had a chance to watch several of 4SIGHT's videos, and I think they're great. Particularly these:
• "Handling Loss", which definitely resonates after my recent job loss
• "Tell Me About Yourself", since I'm a talker and have no doubt taken myself out of consideration for a role because of my chatty tendencies
• Behavioral-based interview videos, which most certainly helped me get to Round 3.
• Articulating Compensation wishes - this one I wish I watched earlier, as the topic surfaced during a first round screening interview.
The content overall is super relevant, and the length of these videos is short enough to hold my attention without extra/unnecessary "fluff". After spiraling down the black hole of LinkedIn with so much written content that feels very doom-and-gloom, it's refreshing to watch video content summarizing these topics in a palatable format.
