I think Commercial Investigations has a great turn around time and response time if we need to reach out for any reason. I love how easy the website is to use and how clear reports are. No challenges at all. Sometimes invoices have incorrect charges but I am aware it is due to when the invoice closes and things were ordered. As soon as it is brough up it is addressed right away. We appreciate that very much!
