Continuous feedback using the mobile app is all we use, there are a number of options but the mobile app is the best way of evaluations for us and we have not explored anything else.
You can use AssessTEAM very effectively if you are a creative HR professional, pretty much every way of controlling evaluations and making them as easy as possible are available. We do a full 360 but in many cases when senior management is involved the softwares allows us to make exceptions.
I have been using AssessTEAM for about 3 years to track employee performance, our management team uses the mobile app more than the web interface, posting reviews is easier and once we set it up we haven't had to do a lot of tinkering with it.
